University Transparency Account System (UTAS) Registration 2023/2024 – Are you a lecturer? Have you heard about the University Transparency Account System, UTAS payment platform? Are you ready to register for the UTAS? Do you want to know a more about the UTAS Lecturers Payment Platform?

The Federal Government has said it is currently taking a look at the UTAS, payment platform developed by the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.

Remember that for the past years, ASUU have been kicking against the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) as a medium of its payment, now ASUU have come up with a news payment platform for called THE UTAS – UNIVERSITY TRANSPARENCY ACCOUNT SYSTEM

What is University Transparency Account System (UTAS)?

UTAS is an acronym for University Transparency Account System. It is a new payment platform that the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU has developed for the payment of all lecturers in the Federal Government universities that are under ASUU.

The UTAS is a news platform for payment of ASUU personnel as they kick against the use of IPPIS for their payment.

The Federal Government may finally accept demands by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) to put an end the use of Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) and accepting the use of University Transparency Account System (UTAS) payment platform developed by the University Lecturers.

FG may consider and accept the use of UTAS which is a local content after subjecting it to integrity test today.

University Transparency Account System (UTAS) Registration Portal /Link 2023/2024

Currently there is no registration portal or link for the UTAS, as it is undergoing integrity test .

How to Register for University Transparency Account System (UTAS) 2023/2024

Currently the UTAS registration portal has not been passed to bill by the federal government of Nigeria and so, the registration portal for the University Transparency Account System (UTAS) is not out.

We will continue to follow up the University Transparency Account System (UTAS) platform by ASUU to FG and bring update to you.

According to the statement “We are subjecting the University Transparency Account System(UTAS) to integrity test in the office of the Accountant General of the Federation, with the Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning in attendance before acceptance of rejection”

We will update this page with the UTAS registration portal and form 2020/2021 immediately it is out and passed to bill.
