1. Head Information Technology Risk Management

Requirements

Experience in IT governance, risk management, and operational risk Management.
Experience leveraging IT risk frameworks such as COBIT, ISO27001, and ISO20000.
Experience in Information Security, IT Risk and Control functions.
Experience in IT Infrastructure Network, application and server set-up and management.
First Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering, or other numerate science
Possession of Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification from a recognized professional organization in Information Security.
Possession of an MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 15 years relevant experience.
Good People Management skills

2. Financial Controller (Cement Industry)

Requirements

First Degree or Equivalent in Accounting (Master’s Degree is added advantage)
Professional Qualifications ACA, ACCA & CPA
Proven experience in finance management with at least 15 years Post Qualification
Good communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
Auditing experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency in accounting software
Analytical skills
Willingness to relocate anywhere, even in remote locations

3. Electrical Engineer (Cement Industry)

Requirements

Proven expertise as an electrical engineer
Hands-on experience using design and calculation software
Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes
Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
Problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail
Strong organizational and communication skills
A degree in Electrical Engineering; MSc is a plus

4. Mechanical Engineer (Cement Industry)

Requirements

Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
Working experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE)
Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar)
Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)
Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.
Creativity and analytical skills
Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
Technical writing skills
BSc degree in Engineering

5. Manager Quality Assurance and Quality Control (CEMENT INDUSTRY)

Requirements

Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
Outstanding communication skills
Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Reliable and Trustworthy
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
