Npower physical verification exercise date, venue and requirements 2017-2018- www.npower.gov.ng

Npower Physical verification Date, Venue & requirements 2017- The Federal Government youth empowerment scheme called Npower has released the date for the physical verification for the 2017/2018 pre-selected candidates of the Npower scheme.

The Npower programme is a programme that is initiated by the FG to employ about 300,000 unemployed Nigerian graduates into different categories of the scheme namely; N-Teach, N-Agro, N-Health etc.

It is of your interest to know that the list of successful shortlisted candidates have been released and if you have not yet checked your on the list of successfully pre-selected candidates, CLICK HERE www.check.npvn.ng

For all those who have been shortlisted for the 2017 Npower programme, should carefully read this post, as it contains all the necessary information need about the Npower physical verification exercise.

It will interest you to know that the 2017 Npower physical verification will commence from 4th – 14th December, 2017.

All successfully shortlisted candidates are to report to the verification ground from 4 – 14th December, 2017 for their physical verification.

Questions have been raised on the verification ground. Well for now till the verification venue is changed, all shortlisted candidates are to report at their LGA of residence (the address filled during the online registration) for example, if you filled No. 18 wali street, port Harcourt and wali street is in Obio/Akpor LGA, your verification centre is Obio/Akpor LGA. Unless there be a change in the venue, please stick to the above information.

The 2017/2018 N-Power Recruitment Physical Verification Exercise is done for different purposes, which are to check if the records filled during the online registration stage are correct and also to check if it correspond with the applicant’s documents.

Requirements for the Npower Physical verification

All successfully pre-selected candidates are to come along with the following documents

  • Degree
  • NYSC discharge or exemption letter
  • First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)
  • Birth certificate
  • A valid ID Card
  • Passport photographs
  • Copy of your BVN number

All these verification will be done at the different Local Government Areas across the country.

Please bear in mind that NYSC Discharge/Exemption Letter will not be required from applicants with OND and NCE.

    Are we still going to expect sms or email concerning the actual date and venue for our physical verification just as we were told that we will be alerted via sms during the congratulation pre-selected sms. Thanks

      Not really, it might be another strategy to disqualify applicants. If you don’t receive SMS go to the verification centre closer to you from 4th December, 2017 till you are being verified….

    please What if you have not be given your discharge letter for some of us in batch B stream 2. please what can we do not to be disqualified.

      The eligibility says NYSC letter or exemption letter, but make sure you go for the verification and explain yourself on the NYSC letter issue

    What if a pre-selected candidate decides to go for his verification any day between 7th to 14th December outside the starting date being 4th December, will he still do his verification or be disqualified?.

      Not really, but if you have it or you can get it before the verification you can use it otherwise, copy it out and use it

    Actually the requirements for this verification supposed to be updated before 4th ,so that candidates should know what to carry with them for the verification.

    What about some of us that receive sms that we have been selected into npower from awaiting list of 2016 application process,can we appear for verication too?

      If you received SMS earlier this year, yes you are expected to go for your verification from Monday 4 December, 2017

      Don’t worry about it just go to the verification center with other documents…… (FSLC is no longer needed)
