The internet is to connect and bring people from far very close with just a click; no doubt that the internet has been helpful in many ways, but it is still the worst thing that has ever happened to humanity.
The important and usage of the internet cannot be over emphasized. It’s important in every sector of the economy and the world is indeed awesome. Even if it can’t be overlooked in its importance in our daily activities like in the banking industry, schools, trade, exchange of goods, dissemination of information with just a click, engaging the world to mention a few.
The internet has made life easy to have access to useful and non-useful information immediately; it has bridged gaps and has brought everyone together just as you have had access to this information now.
But, the internet is the worst thing that has ever happened to humanity despite its good use(s). the internet has brought a lot of panic, theft, high increase in youths misbehaving, sharing secret information, increase youth laziness to education, frauds, sharing fake news/information etc.

Let’s take a look at the recent COVID-19 case on going in the world, many browse the internet to get information about it but on getting to the internet sees different information on it. This creates panic and fear among the populace, were a browsed page says COVID-19 do not survive in a temperature above 25-27 degrees, page will say it can survive in any temperature confusing the reader and creating panic and fear.
The social media is full of different news of finding it difficult to distinguish the real information from the fake one. Many have been defrauded because of the internet and sometimes because of their selfishness and greed.

The internet is a tool of deceit. The internet is a site of confusion to man. The internet is a time theft. The internet is remorse of man.
