Job Responsibilities
- Extensive Knowledge of Machine Safety, Mold & Other equipment’s Safety in his working Place and Production operation is performed in accordance with company’s standards
- Working knowledge of emergency switches, safety switch, on machine and other equipment.
- Understands and can operate machine panel alone
- Able to Start and shut down of Machines.
- Understand and follow Work Order and produce as per work order
- Changeover of mould, Mold Inserts for Logo, and different Size of products on machine.
- Place all tools, raw material, trimmed /by product, finish products in proper place so that housekeeping can be maintained around machine area.
- Fix the correct label on the products so that it can be traceable in future & correct products will go to customer.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Proactively implement, promote and maintain a safe working environment and HSE compliance.
- Participate in all safety programs, such as drills, toolbox meetings, near-miss reporting, etc.
- Ensure that all HSE instructions for the respective machines are ensured and followed.
- Comply SOP for the production and quality regulations.
- Maintain machinery setting and calibration to standard required.
- Support QA activities related to processes, Quality Test on Products.
- Follows all company policies and procedures regarding GMPs, SOPs and Quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in either Injection molding or Blow Molding Production process.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Junior Operator role Plastics Products (IM, EBM & PET) Manufacturing Company.
- Understanding of the Plastics Molding process.
- Manage work with no supervision.
- Can catch the visual defects on Products being produced.
- Maintain good working relationship.
- Experience in Handling European Machine.

Job Title: QA / QC Manager

Job Description
- Under the direction of the Plant Manager, QA/QC Manager is responsible for ensuring that processes are established, fully implemented, and maintained in an organized and efficient manner.
- The QA/QC Manager shall also act as the Management Representative for the company’s regulations and be responsible for reviewing and reporting on the performance of the QA/QC department.
- The QA/QC Manager will ensure Laboratory Quality Assurance (QA) encompasses a range of activities that enable laboratories to achieve and maintain high levels of accuracy and proficiency despite changes in test methods and the volume of specimens tested.
- The QA/QC Manager will ensure Laboratory Standardization is achieved when test results have the same analytical accuracy and precision across measurement systems, laboratories, and over time.
- The job holder will also be responsible for assisting with the ongoing and day-to-day provision of QA/QC advice, on all company Projects.

- Establishes standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each step of the laboratory testing process, ranging from specimen handling to instrument performance validation;
- Defines administrative requirements, such as mandatory recordkeeping, data evaluation, and internal audits to monitor adherence to SOPs;
- Specifies corrective actions, documentation, and the persons responsible for carrying out corrective actions when problems are identified; and
- Sustains high-quality employee performance.
- Perform regular audits and assessments, and monitor QA/QC performance to identify areas of improvement, and ensure appropriate corrective or preventive actions are taken including follow-up reviews.
- Lead any necessary accident/incident investigation and reporting; ensure accurate root cause analysis.
- Coordinate preparation for scheduled external audits to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct quality reviews for investigations from the different functions before forwarding to management
- Report progress on leading and lagging metrics as required for corporate reporting and reviews.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field. A postgraduate degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years petroleum testing laboratory experience using standard testing procedures and specifications
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques; test and sampling procedures; handling and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Knowledge of various petroleum products and their characteristics; ability to interpret results of petroleum analysis; lubricant formulation and additive technology
