(1)Job Title: Field Supervisor
Location: Owo, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Supervision of site clearing, nurseries establishment and management, planting, harvesting and maintenance of Plantation etc.
Roles/ Responsibilities
- Working closely with Plantation Manager and other members of staff to conceptualize the strategies.
- Oversee and maintain the field in orderly manner.
- Supervise a group of general workers.
- Monitor and supervise the plantation of palm oil for optimum yield and quality production.
- To ensure the low of daily operation at the whole operation.
- Carry out data collection such as frond data, bunch data and physical.
- Planning and implementation of work schedules and program.
- To control and monitor quality of works done.
- To review daily work progress reports for compilation of monthly report/daily report.
- Must be experienced in Land in preparatory for oil palm plantation.
- Carry out any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Agriculture, MSc is an added advantage.
- 5 – 10 years experience in Palm Plantation and Nursery.

(2)Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Owo, Ondo

Job Description
- Managing, designing, developing, creating, and maintaining construction of roads projects, conducting on-site investigations.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on site investigations and analyses data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) or HND in Engineering (Civil). Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree is an added advantage.
- Must have 4 to 5 years’ experience in civil work and be ready to work in large plantation.
Salary
N120,000 – N200,000 / Month.

(3)Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Owo, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- To monitor day-to-day operations and identify problem areas and take corrective actions, ensuring annual target plantings / harvests are met.
Roles/ Responsibilities
- To ensure proper monitoring systems are implemented for all tending activities like general tractor work, spraying, weeding, pruning, harvesting, slashing, plantation protection (fire/disease) and other farming practices for the plantation.
- To liaise with the plantation management team on management of scheduling, regular pest and disease inspections, leaf and soil tests for plant nutrition and appropriate maintenance of equipment
- To manage the strategy, conceptualization and implementation of projects
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans
- To implement strategies, review and set triggers to ensure KPIs and objectives are met in respective divisions.
- To orchestrate overall activities in terms of cost planning, inventory control and resource utilization.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to identify, resolve and manage operational issues and challenges to achieve business objectives.
- Support the top management team in ensuring smooth running of the business operational activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Agriculture with 5-15 years work experience.
Salary
N120,000 – N200,000 / Month.
