The Petroleum Development Fund (PDF), is delighted to invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for Undergraduates, MSc (Masters) and PhD Scholarships in any Nigerian college of education, polytechnic and universities.

The Petroleum Development Fund (PDF) is the Foundation with the mandate of developing indigenous human capacity to meet the needs of Nigerian students who are low financially. The Fund hereby invite applications from qualified Nigerian students to apply for the 2019/20 Undergraduate, Masters and PhD scholarships for students in Nigerian Colleges of Education, polytechnics and universities.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE- We have gotten an information that, applicants are confusing this scholarship program(PDF) from PTDF. Please kindly note that, this Scholarship Program(PDF) is not the same as PTDF. We are entirely different from PTDF. So kindly take note and do not confuse the two. PDF SCHOLARSHIP IS DIFFERENT FROM PTDF SCHOLARSHIP. THANK YOU!

1. Evidence of statement of WAEC/SSCE/NECO results
2. Letter of admission into the College of Education, Polytechnic or University
3. Evidence of state of origin and local government
4. Recent passport photograph

1. First Degree Certificates or Statement of Results
2. NYSC Certificate or letter of exemption
3. WAEC/GCE/SSCE/NECO Results
4. Admission Letter
5. State and Local Government Identification Letters
6. Recent Passport Photograph

How to Apply for The PDF Undergraduates, Masters and PhD Scholarship

Online application form can be accessed from the APPLICATION PORTAL: HERE at no cost to applicants. Applicants are advised to read through the requirements before applying.

TO APPLY, FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:

Click on “Apply” tab.

1. Create an account.
2. Continue to Fill in your bio-data
3. Proceed to supply your details and bank details in the form that will be provided so as to activate your account.
4. Upload all the required documents
5. Ensure the name used in application form matches the names on all documentation in the same order
6. Recheck application information to avoid errors
7. Click to submit information
8. Follow all other instructions.
9. Wait for your application to be reviewed. This usually takes not more than 48hrs
10. After your application has been reviewed and confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you, confirming your Application and the stated date for the aptitude test.
11. APTITUDE TEST COMMENCES FROM  4TH NOVEMBER AND ENDS ON 16TH NOVEMBER 2019, 8:00AM – 6:00PM DAILY. 
12. APTITUDE TESTS WILL BE TAKEN ONLINE USING YOUR ANDROID PHONES, TABLETS/iPads, PCs/LAPTOPS or DESKTOP COMPUTERS.

Note:
Multiple applications attract a disqualification penalty from the Scholarship Board.

• Applications for the scholarship award without all the credentials stated above will be rejected.

The Aptitude Tests will be taken online using your Android phones, Tablets/iPad, Pcs/laptops or desktop computers.
