Lots of candidates from the Npower programme first batch of the 200,000 of 500,000 candidates to be employed by the federal government have been complaining and having issues of their monthly stipend of 30,000 after their verification online and Local Government Areas of residence, not even December 2016 stipends have been received, others have received December 2016 and in addition January 2017.
