The issue of correction of date of birth and other information on NYSC portal before and after registration is a problem to many corps members, this has made many NYSC members not to be mobilized or delay in their mobilization either Batch A or Batch B of stream I and II corps members. Since this is issue is a vital one, we have up together this article to help solve the issue of NYSC date of birth correction and other information.
We wish to inform Prospective Corp Members that the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) change/correction of name is now available of NYSC Batch A and Batch B 2018.
Note that the NYSC change/correction of date of birth is for ONLY Corps members whose date of birth does not tally/correspond/match with the date of birth on their O’level result or the one sent by the institution or whose date of birth has exceeded the age limit for mobilization
Steps on how to correct your Date of birth for mobilization
To change your date of birth in NYSC portal is done with the use of the information from your West African Examination Council (WAEC) Original result. The new procedure is as follows:
Step One: Login to your NYSC dashboard
Step Two: Now click on the “link to Date of Birth”
Step Three: Enter WAEC Verification PIN, select WAEC Type, Year of exam and enter your Examination Number
Step Four: Click on Verify button and then Click SUBMIT or CANCEL
For Correction Of Course of Study on your NYSC mobilization Portal
To correct other information on your NYSC Mobilization portal, follow the Procedures for Correction Of Course of Study on the NYSC Platform.
Step One: Login to your dashboard and click on the link for Correction of Course of Study;
Step Two: Select Course of Study; and Click SUBMIT
