JAMB Opens CAPS Portal for 2022/2023 Admission – JAMB CAPS Admission Portal

JAMB announces the opening of CAPS portal for admissions 2022/2023 – The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) disclosed that its admission CAPS portal is now open and that all Institutions including polytechnics and colleges of education can now upload names of shortlisted applicants.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the opening of its JAMB CAPS portal 2022/2023 for the institutions to upload names of candidates who have been offered admission into universities, polytechnics and college of education for the 2022/2023 academic session as announced on 5th January, 2021

JAMB 2022/2023 CAPS Admission Update

According to the JAMB registrar, Professor Is-haq Oloyede, all the admission processes will go through the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) for approval.

All prospective candidates who meet up their institution’s admission requirement will be eligible to see their offer of admission in the JAMB CAPS Portal 2022/2023.

“Take note also that admission is not just for universities. There are polytechnics and colleges of education and except for the closure because of COVID-19, they are not affected by the strike.”

How to Check your 2022/2023 Admission on JAMB CAPS

Candidates are to accept their offer of admission through the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) created. Only candidates who have successfully uploaded their O’level/SSCE result on their CAPS will be able to accept or reject their offer of admission.

Where Can I Check my 2022/2023 Offer of Admission?

There two ways to check if you have been admitted or offered admission into tertiary institution. They include;

  1. Through JAMB CAPS PORTAL via https://www.jamb.gov.ng/Efacility.aspx
  2. Through your institution official web site

How to Accept or Reject 2022/2023 Admission on JAMB CAPS Portal

The caps portal for acceptance and rejection of offer of admission is now open for the 2020/2021 admission.  It is a portal that allows prospective candidate access whether or not to accept or reject any course of study or institution given to him/her.
