For example if your aim is for client to download from your site or downloading of E-books, then your CALL-OF-ACTION will be “download your E-book”, if your site is for traffic or information/content only, the your CALL OF ACTION will be “share this page/post/article with a friend. If it’s for buying of products online, then it will be “add to cart”

There is no rule that says you cannot spy on other websites. Check out what they have that you don’t have and that should be included on your site and improve /add more values to it.
Go through other sites that offer the same services as yours, take a look at theirs, try to get some ideas from them, improve and add more values to it to create your own.
