Context

  • UNDP jointly with the Federal Government of Nigeria with support from the European Union in launched the Jubilee Fellows Programme as a youth employability programme seeking to connect 20,000 fresh graduates annually to placement opportunities in private sector.
  • As of November 2022, a roster of 20,000 had been onboarded onto the programme, with 1,500 Fellows resumed their placements.
  • A key success factor of this programme is on the extent to which fellows and host organisations are regularly engaged, their queries responded to, and concerns addressed.
  • We are therefore seeking the services of 10 online UN volunteers to support the programme in generating content, enhancing engagement with fellows and responding to queries from from Fellows on various communication channels.

Job Description

  • Tracking and monitoring queries, concerns, complaints from Jubilee Fellows (on the social media and email channels);
  • In consultation with the NJFP team, responding to emerging concerns and complaints
  • Preparing reports of queries and complaints handled
  • Creating content for bulk communication based on clusters of complaints and concerns
  • Creating content for regular updating of the NJFP website Online volunteer will not be allowed to contact any third parties.
