PLANT QUALITY & FOOD SAFETY TECHNICIAN:
The main re sponsibility of the role is to ensure that allbeverage tests: brix. carbonation, taste. appearance. date code. crown crimp, torque. residual ozone. m-alkalinity. total chlorine. residual chlorine. turbidity, hardness. total dissolved solids. drop test, fill height. and net content are correctly performed and at the right frequency as stated in the sop/work aid /work instruction and to all company specified standards. MICROBIOLOGY TECHNICIAN:
The Microbiology Technician is re sponsible for ensuring microbiological analysis of raw materials. intermediate and finished products. verifying the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitizing processes in compliance with ISO standards. Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (KORE). and CCHBC/Regulatory requirements. and implementing GHK & GMP practices to maintain food safety standards on site.
