The Federal Ministry of Health Recruitment 2023 is currently ongoing. They are seeking to hire graduates, non-graduates, and experienced Health Volunteers  for a period of 12 months in the following positions:

  1. Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)
  2. Nurse/Midwife
  3. Laboratory Scientist
  4. Graduate Nutrition Officer
  5. Pharmacist
  6. Medical Doctor

This emergency 12 months intervention program is to take place in 2 (two) phases. The focus is primarily on the most vulnerable groups such as women, pregnant, breastfeeding, and children under 5, living in terribly affected regions.

This program was geared towards:

  • Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in camps and host communities.
  • IDPs living in makeshift or informal camps.
  • Refugees returning from other countries.
  • Individuals living in newly accessible areas.
  • IDPs who relocated back to their original communities from camps.
  •  Host Communities impacted by the influx of IDPs
  • Current GPA Required for Full Scholarship Abroad

Requirements for Application

The following are the requirements for the federal ministry of health recruitment 2023:

  1. Applicants must have a B.Sc, NCE, HND, or OND in any related discipline from any recognized Institution
  2. Must have a minimum of 5 credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings  in WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB
