The University of Oulu, Finland invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for the University of Oulu, Finland scholarship programs which is awarded to International students who are willing to pursue a master’s degree program at the Institution based in Finland.

We are pleased to inform you that the University of Oulu, Finland are currently giving out scholarships to all interested and qualified international students for a M.Sc programme.

• The scholarship tuition fee does not cover other costs like accommodation, meals, and transportation.
