The list of successful candidates is out for months now and verification of candidates have been made both online and manual (at the LGA of resident). Most candidates have been receiving their stipend/payment for several months now will some have not even seen at all.

The issue of non payment of stipends to N-Power volunteers’ members has been a very big importance and itching to the ear up to this time that some have not received their payment.

Many corps members have been complaining about non-payment of their stipends, they have gone far of chatting up with the online agents of the Npower but nothing has been done regarding to their payment.

To Resolve the Payment Issues

  1. Change your account password
  2. Update your bank account details
  3. Let your information filled during the registration correspond with the manual verification, if not present a clear evidence of any changes
  4. To resolve this issue visit the Npower website npower.gov.ng and chat up the online power officials, stating your issues as: Not paid, Your npower programme you were applied for or selected into, Date of your verification, State, Local Government Area

N-Power team complained that members are now posting their personal phone numbers to social media, this is a violation of privacy and such person must stop such act on less you trust the media in which you place your personal details. Note that any complain that is not directed to the N-Power Help portal  npvn.npower.gov.ng or email selection@npower.gov.ng will not be attended to.
