Federal Government to commence further Payment to WEP Selected Beneficiaries.
As stated by The Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, further payments to its Work Experience Programme (WEP) beneficiaries will begin this month after some tracking and reconciliation have been concluded on the payments made so far.
So expect January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, November and December Stipends Payment, depending the end of WEP.
WEP Stipends Payment News Update 2022
The Ministry urges the youth and beneficiaries affected by the delays to be patient and show decorum while the issues that have slowed down the process are resolved.
The Ministry had paid the sum of Eighty Million, Four Hundred and Sixty Thousand Naira (N80,460,000) to Two Thousand, Six Hundred and Eighty Two (2,682) internship participants under this programme last August and September.
These payments covered the participants in both the North and South.
